September 13, 2021 — Creative Logistics Solutions (CLS), a leading provider of multi-carrier shipping software for high volume shippers, announced today that Jeff Skaistis, a recognized expert in parcel transportation management software development, has joined its product development team.
Skaistis brings decades of industry-recognized software product development knowledge to his new role as VP, Cloud Platform at CLS. Most recently, he served as SVP of Global Development for Logistyx Technologies, guiding the work of multiple worldwide development teams. Previously, he spent 14 years at ConnectShip/UPS, where he led the design and architecture of the company’s multi-carrier shipping toolkit.
His earlier work includes tenure at Dell Computer Corporation, where he served as a key member of the team that implemented Dell’s first fully automated direct-from-manufacturing shipping operation. Skaistis began his career in distribution and logistics software applications in 1991 as a developer for TanData Corporation, where he was responsible for the company’s integration products and framework. He holds a BA in Computer Science from the University of Texas at Austin.
